On one day in February, the recorded consumption values are not correct.
Where is the data stored and how can it be corrected?
Developer tools → Statistics. The ramp icon next to your sensor.
You should fix your sensor so this does not happen again. Show its configuration.

Until you share the configuration it will remain a mystery.
This happened to me as well, and it ended up being an accumulating sensor that reset at ostensibly random times (or during restarts). So I started creating my own energy sensors instead of using ones that magically show up.
