Since some time already I have some Tradfri entities that have Capitals in the entity name. And that does not work. Now with this new entity registry tool in the GUI I was hoping to finally be able to remove them from my configuration. But unfortunatly the entity registry editor also has issues with this… Can someone please tell me how I can remove these entities with capitals in them?
This post tells you how to safely remove things from the hidden files inside config\.storage. Ignore the fact that the thread is about zwave stuff. This is how you remove any item, it just so happens that the post is inside a zwave thread.
EDIT: Also remember that you can only edit these files when Home Assistant is shut off.
