Error booting the Docker image from the GitHub Container Registry

I have 12.1 installed on a dedicated dell optiplex micro. getting installation error messages on boot. heres a snip of the log. any ideas on what can cause this? i cant get into the supervisor settings and only have access to the OS’s CLI in this state
