ESP32-like device that can be hardwired?

I’m going to use an ESP32 board with ESPhome for multiple binary sensors (magnetic door sensors) in the house I’m building. I’m pre-wiring all the doors and terminating the wires in my mechanical room. I planned to use the ESP32 and ESPhome to send the state of the sensors to HA. But, since I’m running all the wires back to the same room my switch is in, I was wondering if there is a similar board I could use that has ethernet and PoE. Does anyone know of such a thing?

Yep, the Olimex boards work really well with ESPHome.
