In the photo, I still see a module of 4 relays with optoconverters and 3 separate relays without converters. The question is what kind of relay is it and what are the voltages. It is impossible to recognize it.
@pepe59 Just reading this above and below is his wiring diagram
1 = He is trying to do this not having USB power
2 = I am suggesting this is worth a try.

Yes… it could be the 3 separate relays causing the problems
Those 3 are not separate relays but ZMPT101B voltage sensors.
Hi aquiveal… just triple check your wiring… you could try 2off 5V loads like this. From USB & Power. You got bigger loads on the other side of the relays.
I have a 3.3V regulator, I will try to power it with that.
