i created an automation that sends a notification every time a persistent notification appears from this logic i want to exclude ip bans notifications how do i write a value template that does this?

yeah i know but since it was relatively old i made a new one for better visibility since i “closed” this one with a what i tought was a solution but it was not
i understand why this might be a problematic behaviour
i will avoid it it in the future
