Executing shell scripts with root access

Dear community,

my HA Core is running on Synology NAS as an app. An other application running in docker, where I would like HA to copy one file from system folders to the docker folder. I created the shell script, but in order to call docker related shell scripts it would need root access, which HA does not have.

Any idea, how it could be resolved?

I had to add the sc-homeassistant user to the docker group on Synology, in order to let HA execute docker related scripts.
