Looking at the same question.

First one I found was this: GitHub - mhaid/zigbee_fishfeeder: ZigBee automatic feeder for fish
It allows modifying an existing feeder (for example: JUWEL Product nr. 89000) to use zigbee.

Also saw this: Best WiFi Fish Feeder Pellet Dispenser | Henrac Tech | Australia It’s Tuya-based, hopefully the older firmware as the new one sucks for local control.

There are various ones on Alibaba, some that claim Wifi control. I guess some of those may have a local API, but not sure which:
