I have switched the vcc of the relay on 5v and changed the pin from D6 to D8 and a very strange thing happens… The NodeMCU doesn’t power up… It seems offline…
I switched back the wiring to 3v3 and ground (and D6) and it works…

Nodemcu boot fails if pin D8 is pulled high. Usable pins are: D1, D2, D5, D6 and D7

Thanks for your comment, yeap, the NodeMCU boot fails so i switched back to D6. With the help from you guys and what i read about it on internet, i understand that this specific relay might need higher voltage on IN when connected to 5V in VCC. I think that the easiest way to fix the issue is to purchase the 3V version of the relay.
