Force core.restore_state to be saved before restart

I see core.restore_state is automatically saved every 15 min. How can i trigger HA to save all data before doing a restart manually or by scheduler?

I presume a restart is saving the required information in core.restore_state before shutting down the instance… Well, I think…

i see that every 15 min the file core.restore_state is written, can´t find a way to trigger this manually. if i restart the system by a scheduler and the system is in the 15 min range it is possible to loose data and i can´t see that the core.restore_state is saved when i trigger the restart button or do this by a schedule!

This is installed on synology docker, maybe core installation handles this in another way.
