So, here’s an update:
My FI9826W is a Chinese version EH8155 running the following software:
System Firmware Version: 1.5.3.15
Application Firmware Version: 2.21.2.15
Plugin Version: 3.3.0.5
And the following URL returns nothing, no image, no errors, nothing (even though on my other two Foscam cameras (C1 and FI9821W) it works properly - using their IP addresses and the same usr/pwd:
http://192.168.1.105:88/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=myusername&pwd=mypassword
So, probably a firmware issue. But the foscam.com.cn web site no longer exists and the foscam global site does not list any firmware compatible with my camera’s current firmware version.
Anyone have similar issues or know where I can get firmware upgrades for this chinese variant?
