Garage door stuck in "opening"

Hello everyone;

For months now we’ve had no issue with our RATGDO garage opener. The other day it seems something knocked one of the obstruction sensors off and the garage door wouldn’t close, I realigned it, and ever since then the status of the garage door on HomeKit is stuck at “opening” and will not change.

I’m assuming somewhere there’s a disconnect of information but I have no idea how to even start finding this. Can anyone help out?

Thanks! Looks like they somehow got out of sync, a safe boot and restore fixed it.
