Thank you for your reply. I indeed ended up replacing all three of them and I can use the new interface/entities of the light section. Also got my node red setting up, just waiting for my LED strip light to be delivered now and start testing/messing with it 
And your theory may be right but to confirm that I need to have a closer look what was happening under the hood of the docker.
