I’ve a Gen 2 GreenIQ. It’s connected by Ethernet only to the local network.
I’ve just read your previous post but I didn’t understand steps because I’m an old man not expert in information technology.
I hope someone could help me with a lot of patience.
This is my situation:
I’ve got a GREENIQ 2 gen connected vy Ethernet to my Home network .
Now the green led (NETWORK) is off.
My GreenIQ APP doesn’t work because it doesn’t accept my credentials.
I follow the istructions from GreenIQ document sent before 1th April but when I start APP, doesn’t appear “CONNECT OFF LINE”.
So I Connect my smartphone to the Wi-Fi network (hotspot) that was created by myGreenIQ hub
I browse the GreenIQ Direct web page, but it display only network configuration so I could configure wifi network again but I can’t access to direct web page with a menu.
Could you help me how to access to GREEIQ program because I need to use it !! thanks !!
