HA Alarm Clock

I am a newbie to HA and I am struggling to figure out how to do this. I am trying to make it so that when I click a HA button (Specifically Hue Switch that is working with HA), my Google Assistant asks me what time I want to wake up in the morning, then turns off my lights, plays a .mp3 on repeat on a Sonos, and then sets an alarm on the Sonos for the time I said. Lastly, when the Sonos alarm goes off in the morning I would like it to stop playing the .mp3 and turn on my lights. It would be amazing to have this feature! By the way, I have already tried doing some research to no avail.

How would I make Google Assistant ask me what time I want the alarm?

Yeah sorry, I overlooked your request for Google to ask the question. I haven’t yet figured out how to initialise Google to ask a question. I tried it once a long time ago but gave up as it seemed too hard.
