HA crashed; CLI not running

My HA Pi3+ has crashed after the latest update. Last reboot did not return to a running OS but remains in a emergency console.
Got several errors whih indicated a problem with my sdcard. Cloned the sdcard which got rid of the i/o errors but still boots in the emergency console.
I cannot find any documentation what to do when you get HA in this state. Tried to start the docker images but most of them failed with an error creating overlay mount to /var/lib/docker/overlay2 …
Now what ?

My main goal is to recover my influx database as I will try to build a new HA on my ESX 6.7 server.
Any ideas ?
