HA Update Binary sensor state = available, but no updates showing

So, my HA Update Binary sensor is showing the state = available, (a day early). But, when I go to Settings, or Settngs/System/Upate, I do not see any updates listed.
My current version of HA is 2023.1.2 but I have been seeing this issue fr a couple of months, now.

is there a reason this is happening???

Looks like the arrmv7 build failed:

@tom_l Will we have to wait for the next successful build? Nevermind, I just found this thread, Update 2023.1.3 not showing up
