Thanks for this. It’s great news. I’m actually not using my wink hub any longer. When I upgraded my Rpi to a Nuc, I moved the Nuc to the center of the house and the fans are within range now. So I’ve been running the fans in HA now for a few months no problems.
However, I do have other sengled bulbs in the rear of the house that have problems at times. So these cheap peanuts may be just the answer. I also have 2 other fans back there that I may just go ahead and get a couple more of these hampton bay controllers.
Another update. Serious storm knocked my power out for 5 hours. When my system came up fan was offline again. Didnt want to move my hub again and realized the peanut plug has an add device function. Used that and it brought my fan back online.
Was the peanut’s add device function a service within HA or something you need to do with the peanut and an app?
Native in the zha panel. Not sure about other zigbee protocols. Husbzb-1.

another update if you are interested. I ruined my zigbee and zwave network yesterday and had to load a snapshot from 3 weeks ago (yeah it sucked). I decided not to move my hub and just try to add the fan through the peanut. Complete success.
