Thanks!! It works.
My problem was only in the trigger part. I think without your help I would never have found the solution. Now it is logic!
For all who have the same problem do this:

  1. Include the Hank switch in Zwave
  2. https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/z-wave/device-specific/ chapter Hanks One-Key (Read it carefully)
  3. Check if you get messages in the ZWave Log file when you press the key
  4. Create the automation
