HassOS 5.11 using UTC causes issues with Envisalink Integration

I recently upgraded from an unsupported build using HassOS on top of a Debian VM to the supported method of using HAssOS 5.11 as a native official VM. What I have come to realize is that HassOS uses UTC for server logging and for some reason when it connects via TPI to the Envisalink it set the timezone to UTC on Envisalink causing all my security keypads to show UTC time. Eyez-On support (makers of Envisalink) confirmed this and there are several issues that have been raises in the Padt with no fix. This seems like an easy fix if we can have an option to set HassOS to use either UTC or timezone offset. Is there anyone that can help with this?

@autumnwalker opened an issue in GitHub, but no one did anything and it was auto-closed. If you have any additional details please feel free to share in this thread.

There is another thread here (DSC Alarm integration) where the maintainer of the envisalink integration speaks to the feature. I think the plan is to remove the call where HA will update the DSC time.
