Having issues with initial set up of my HA green, help please

Sorry to this forum.
So I was able to find my network. And on the HA app, it’s asking saying Welcome Home. And wants me to login. Is it asking me to log into the HA app or to my router. Because neither of my passwords are working. I Honestly, don’t think I have created an HA Account yet. However, it’s not asking me to create an account. I created an account for this community but not for HA.

Have you just installed the app on your phone/tables?
Is this the first time you have tried to access your new HA instance on the HA Green?
Did you (at any time) complete the onboarding process?
I saw that screen and I saw the map. Where it asked me to locate my address. But I could get the app to except my address. And when i tried to click in the area of my address, nothing seemed to happen. Is there a way to reset.
Thank you all for your help with this. I’m not new to a smart home just never used HA before.
