Help: Add a helper what adds every day energy to the consumption

Hello I’m quite new to HA but manage the setup everything right know what I need.

I’d like to reduce the unknown energy consumption, but I didn’t like to buy for every device a Zigbee switch to measure.
So for example I know that the fridge consumes every day 0,5kwh. So that’s why I’d like to add a helper, what adds every evening 0,5kwh to the energy consumption.

So I already added a template sensor:
state_class: total_increasing
unit_of_measurement: kWh
device_class: energy
friendly_name: Kühlschrank Küche

I can also add the sensor to the energy consumption but I struggle to add every day the consumption to the sensor. Can I do that with automation?

Can someone explain how I can do this?
