I think once the base is there adding additional components should not be too difficult.

Yes, It took me about 1 hour to do the cover.

@kdvlr Do you think we should start another thread or change the name of this one since we are now focus on fleshing out the component and adding platforms? I vote for a new thread, but don’t feel strongly either way.

Also, should refactor some variables names to make plugging in new platforms easier. Thoughts?

@gohassgo have you played with the Almond+ websocket api?

I looked at it probably a few years ago and firmware updates along the way messed things up. I haven’t used the A+ in a long time.
