There is no public API for hikconnect, its based on reverse engineering…
On Hikvision site you can download the SDK for free, it’s most based on hcnetsdk or isapi
I am a newbie, so don’t laugh. I think I installed the integration from HACS, rebooted HA, but I can’t find the page to login to Hik-Cloud, where is it ? 
Once you install custom components with HACS, after a reboot you need to go to “settings” and then “integrations” there you can setup the new devices

thanks, that worked for adding my hikconnect cloud account and it found some devices, but unfortunately didn’t find the lock that is available on the mobile app.
Cam you check the logs, what device so you have ? You can create maybe an issue on GitHub for ir
