Updated to 2021.4.4 and the issue appears to be resolved for me…I can scroll through and edit my automations normally again.

Is this latest app required latest HA core/OS? Also, currently I’m using v3.0.2 for the app, what is the right way to update the app to this latest version?

no but if you have a frontend issue you can only fix it by updating HA core

are you on latest core version of HASS
lots of issues with custom cards in 2021.6…try disabling and/or updating them…those always cause frontend issues
Yeah, everything is updated on my end.
turned out that I just needed to update the system software on the tablet itself…now all working as expected
