Error 403 when HA

Hello,

I did an factory reset on my home Assistant green with the original download link on the website from home Assistant. Download the file and used balena etcher. Plug the micro sd card in and so one.

But now I cannot do anything anymore.

When booting I’m not the supervisor or administrator.

When i’m using HA in command line there is a fault saying error 403. Cannot wipe the datadisk, can’t watch user lists, and so one.

It’s my first time using HA but now I’m really stuck, did search on the forum for info but didn’t get wizer.

Do i maybe need to do another factory reset? Or can I control my ha system with an command line?

Please share your thaughts/info/solutions

Please be more specific. HA has no commad-line, so what tool are you using exactly?

I meen when i use the terminal on HA and I want to see the user list/wipe datadisk/….

I’m using the HA green

Please take a picture.

If you’re on the command-line with a HA prompt on your monitor, HAOS is running.
Do you mean opening http://homeassistant.local:8123 does not work?

Not sure why you focus on wiping the data disk, especially after a factory reset.

So you cannot use the webui?
What does ha supervisor reload tells you?

Don’t know of he must tell me more than this?

No, it should not, what happens now if you try to open http://homeassistant.local:8123 ?

When I open the link it opens and show this

So HA is working.
Not sure why you’re banging your head, here…

But why I can’t use the ssh?

Have you installed the SSH add-on? (terminal & SSH)
If so, it opens from the browser on your client.

BTW: your windows can take screenshots that you paste right away here in your posts, it’s called snipping tool.

Yes I have installed SSH addon. But do I need to change the port?

It’s all new for me so sorry! Because I can’t open HA when I’m not home also

sorry for your time but also thanks for replying!

The ssh addon uses port 2222
