Yeah these battery fires are some scary stuff. Glad you are ok.
I just replaced the laptop battery on my wifes computer- she was getting messages at startup there was a problem- the old battery was very puffy.
I’ll definitely be monitoring other batteries more, including my ups backups.
The video below are lithium fires, different type of battery from yours, but it’s scary to see how quick these every day devices go up in flames.
