Home Assistant STOP may cause RESTART

Sometimes when I select STOP from the Configuration Menu or issue the command ha core stop HA actually does a RESTART The next time it may actually stop. I can not for the likes of me find a pattern between the two.
I don’t know when this problem started but I do know it is present in both version 116.2 and 116.4

Anyone else experience this problem??

Yep same here, 0.117.2 on “Home Assistant” (or whatever the old hass.io is called now)
Supervisor 2020.10.1
HassOS 4.15

Edit: seems like the supervisor watchdog is the culprit, see also here.

Issue opened.
