Home Assistant Switch with Display

Hey,
are there any switches out there that have a status display and work with ha ?
Examples are the Aqara S1 smart touch panel

or also the KNX “MDT BE-GT2TW.01 KNX Glastaster 6-fach m. Display Temperatur weiß”

it would be nice if it could display lovelace, but it would be enough if I could set Values and Icons as shown on the KNX Display.

Unfortunately it only works with Niko Home Control.

The NSpanel looks very promissing, gonna get 1 or 2 of those probably to test them

The Lanbon L8 is a very nice smart touchswitch for running openHASP:

Where is the 10" (or even 7") openhasp screen?
