Homekit Controller for Rako Lighting

I’ve spent the last 6 weeks having a lot of fun setting up HA, it’s been a great lock down project! The main problem I am having is controlling my Rako lights. I have a device called the Rako Cloud Gateway which allows the lighting to be controlled by Alexa and Apple Home Kit.

The HA detects this and prompts me to set up Home Kit Controller.

I removed the homekit pairing that existed, everything seemed to go as it should: HA asked me for a pairing code which I was given by The Rako Cloud Gateway and it paired correctly.

The problem is that only one light is available as an entity out of the many lights in the house.

Any ideas on how I can get the Homekit controller to discover the other lights?

@ShawWellPete sorry to bring this one up but saw your post on GitHub and was wondering if the Rako technical team fixed the issues with the serial numbers for this to work?

No Rako team did nothing to help but I did manage to get Rako working with home assistant and via HA with home kit. Details here New user - trying to set up rako lighting - #7 by ShawWellPete
