Hello,
starting with version 0.10.5 of homematicip-rest-api (https://github.com/coreGreenberet/homematicip-rest-api) this component is supported.

Special:
This is a switch actuator without meter, but two additional coloured and dimmable status leds.

Please add support in HA for homematicip_cloud.
