How can I set a single light as a default for an area?

Lets say the kitchen has 3 lights (cans, pendants, counter). If I ask the Voice PE to turn on the kitchen light, it turns on all 3.

Any idea what the best way to have a single light as the default instead of all 3? I thought about removing the lights from the area, but then I’d have a problem turning them on/off when asked for the light in the area.
