Unfortunately this configuration is not permitted and apcupsd does not load
UPSTYPE dumb
DEVICE /dev/ttyUSB0
I was getting data from sudo apcaccess but they are not reliable, since even unplugging the UPS from mains, the data do not change.
This goes hand in hand with all the tests failed from apctest
Hey everyone! Happy New year! Is there a kind soul willing to help me some more to troubleshoot my serial to USB connection with the Ups?
I can’t seem to get apcupsd to work at all.
