How to downgrade HASSIO?

I tried to downgrade to 75.2 It all seemed to work, Info says 75.2, but there is no change from the 76 upgrade earlier. 404 error to UI, SSH has no errors on CHECK and RESTART works fine it seems.

Anyone know how to turn things on and off through SSH?

And is there any way to downgrade when it does not boot on Pi4 after recent OS 6.2 update?
