No the 10 will get rounded, you need a bracket

I moved the closing bracket because of the same reason one otherwise |int 's the ‘L_ambient’. Which in second view might be correct after all…

always difficult to keep the full view when not having the actual entity in the system yourself…

Did you try the last suggestion I posted? If yes and it did not work, could you please post the log.

does not give any error when checking the config but the sensor state is marked as unavailable

Dumb me, had to change the sensor name before restarting :joy:

just one issue with the rounding due to missing brackets.

This is the final solution and working !

Er I think that was corrected by marius.
Burning gave you 98% of the solution based on their combined contributions.
Why would you mark your own post as the solution?
Extend that ethos and every thread on the forum would be solved by the OP

Some times all I need from a thread is a suggestion to read a particular section of documentation.
I give the credit to the guy who gave me the clue

Edit: Another benefit of this is that people need to read the thread, understand its content and how it is to be implemented. This has multiple benefits as people learn more and can do more as a result, or just learn to frame their question properly and also saves us from people who just blythely cut and paste code and then winge when it doesn’t do what THEY wanted it to do in a completely different scenario.

Sorry Mutt, I did not want to offend anybody. And you are absolutely right, the right solution came from Burningstone, even without the full dataset for testing! And, yes, the missing brackets were mentioned by marius!

I just meant to mark the right solution for everybody to make it easily retrievable, did not want to get any credit for that!
