How to re-enable an entity?

In the card for my switches I disabled and deleted one. How can I get it back?

What sort of entity is it? Need more info.

Eg, if it was something via mqtt and tasmota, reissue SetOption19 1

Sorry, it was a Sonoff switch, one of those wifi switched that let you control whatever you plug into it. I think its called a S26.
