How to remove "Mosquitto broker Update" in Entities?

No longer using MQTT, I removed the Mosquitto add-on and device. I still see “Mosquitto broker Update” entity but cannot remove it. How can I remove the entity and/or fully remove all parts of Mosquitto and anything that it created?

Also, under File editor, I still see MQTT as a trigger platform. I would simply like to clean up any traces of MQTT if possible. I’d appreciate some guidance. Thanks.
