How to restore my data of previous SD card to new SD card in HA

I flashed hassio image in new SD card. I want my old data from previous SD card. I was unable to do snapshot on previous SD card. Also I was unable to install any add-ons.
Is there any way I can get my data from previous SD card to new SD card manually?

You can’t see the Linux partitions on the SD card without this.

Unable to do!

I tried installing add-on in HA with new SD card. It got installed! But when I tried on old SD card, its not working.
Is there a problem in old SD card installation?
