How to send local mp3 file to media player?

The file exists in www/sounds/ under your config folder?

Ok, so I have read everything I can find, trying to play a local file, with no luck. I am able to play an mp3 from the web but for the life of me can’t get a local one to play. The speaker beeps once but that’s it. With everything else the same, just changing the url yo an online mp3, it plays with no problem.
