Kitchen timer: changing timer & sensor

I have a RPI+screen hanging in my kitchen. I would like to use it as kitchen timer. I checked out other projects in this community, but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for. That is not exactly what I am looking for. I search for something like:

Start-Time: 00:00
Stop-Time: 00:00

On/Off

Start- and Stop-Time should be adjustable via UI.
