How to setup the sensor display binary via protocol of modbus?

I have a electricity meter from Schneider Electric.
I want to read the value with address of 49202 from Schneider Electric via modbus.
How to setup the sensor display value of binary like below photo.

Because that register every bits stand of different chanel status.
