How to toglge a input_boolean when a certain number is called?

Hi,
I can open a rented garage door by calling a number.I know there’s the phone state sensor, but it lucky it doesn’t sent the called phone number.
Has any one an idea how to trigger a binary sensor when calling this number?

I will do it the other way around:

I call the number by triggering an automation.
