Yep. I have 2 x amazon echo plus and 1 x amazon echo dot - all shown up correctly too.
Just call any of them and ask it to discover new devices.
no dice. I asked Alexa to discover new devices - it says it will take some time to do so - and ask me to put things in pairing mode (I didnt do anything to the smartplug as it is already connected) - and at the end of the discovery it says no new devices. 
Please go to tasmota UI emulation options and then select Belkin WeMo single device and reboot and ask to discover devices again. Hue Bridge is used for devices with multiple relays.
