I figure you need to change your configuration.yaml to include those paths too. Looking at this guide , you need to add: ssl_certificate: /ssl/fullchain.pem ssl_key: /ssl/privkey.pem to your configuration.yaml. Ignore the base_url as it is no longer required.

Https not working using DuckDns

Defaults to use port 443 (the https default port)
Hence the suggestion above.
