if I change status manually it changes it, but it does not go but instead I do it automatically it does not even change the on / off status of the automation

What do you mean with “if I change manually it changes it”? What do you change manually and what changes?

The state of the automation in Developer Tools -> States must be “on” all the time. If it is “off” it means the automation is disabled and will not be executed, if it is “on” it is enabled. The state doesn’t change when the automation runs, it stays “on”.

Can you please provide the code for one of the working telegram notification automations?
