Influxdb - Max duration (time) to transfer data even if state remains same

I understand from this link “https://www.home-assistant.io/components/influxdb/” that The influxdb component makes it possible to transfer all state changes to an external InfluxDB database.

I have some sensors which don’t change state often but I still want influxdb component transfer data every certain duration e.g. every one hour.

I need this because Grafana will not search for data outside the set range so it shows “no data points”

Can we make “Max duration (time)” as an option for influxdb?

Send metrics to InfluxDB at regular intervals

Home Assistant sends sensor data to InfluxDB only when a sensor changes. This causes holes in the graph drawn by Grafana when rendering an InfluxDB dataset, due to the fact that Grafana only fetches data for the visible time range. Can this behavior be changed, such that all sensor data are submitted at a regular interval?
