Hi!
New to HA and just got a yellow with a CM5. Installed it, ran through the rpboot, installed the firmware om the device but got stuck when plugging it to ethernet and power. Only got a static green light, no flashing yellow and doesn’t show up on network. Got TP-Link deco, disabled IPv6.
What could be wrong and what to do?

I have the exact same issue….
Why did you disable IPv6?
Hi @jepcom ,
Hopefully we can solve this together. Disabled it due to found some thread on Reddit suggesting it as a potential issue.
Also having the red light just briefly flashing once after plugging in.

I agree,
Two is better than one.
My perplexity just came up with this one - did you try that?
I will try it when I get my hands on the board
“Attempt a complete reset by holding blue and red buttons for 15-16 seconds during power-up”
UPDATE: didn’t work. I didn’t get any response from the board when holding the buttons or after releasing.

Found a solution here on the forum. A user reported a fix that also worked for me. Seems the distribution might be wrong in the imager.
Hi,
I just got a brand new Home Assistant Yellow with the CM5 module and I tried installing it the first time with the Raspberry Pi Imager as instructed, but after completed flashing all that happened when I powered it up was the red LED lighting up for a short moment and the the green LED being the only one on constantly.
I tried re-installing but no change.
Then I found a backup-guide to re-install the OS that I used:
