@cooljimy84 Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the exact same problem as in your OP and my lights doesn’t dim, they turn off if I go below 100% in the app.
Nope, works fine on the kitchen table. Then when I install it it doesn’t dim. Even check all the bulbs, and took all 4 bulbs out and put the one I test in, same result.
I’m in a new build so not sure if they messed up the wiring, or something…
