there is another solution which could be more accessible.
I have the same K40910. On the plug i installed a Shelly PM Mini Gen3. While the screen is off, the power consumption is about 2W, but when the screen turn on due to a person ring the intercom, the consumption increase above 4,5 watt.
So is possible to create an automation that run on power > 4 Watt. There is a couple of seconds of delay, but it is acceptable.
When the intercom does not ring, consumption is very stable at 1.7 watts.
