Intex Pure Spa wifi control

Hi @Djes and @JulienT-FL , is your spa model on this page? and which one is it exactly ? (no of people, round/square, color)
https://www.intex.fr/shop/34-spa-gonflable

I’m trying to find a mapping between data retrieved from a “type 3” info and the commercial model or reference.

Hey,
My model is the Greywood 6 persons 28442EX. Or Baltik 6p for France.

Hi, do you know, if it’s possible to create entitites in disabled state when adding spa to HA?
You could probably disable some switches for known models.

For example I have Greywood deluxe for 4 people and there are no jets and no sanitizer (i believe - what does it do?) - these controls are not shown in intex app, but you can still call the on/off commands using your library and the spa control unit responds to it and renders state in response

Of course, nice suggestion.
I’ve just created the corresponding feature request

Most challenging part is to assert that our interpretation of the spa info message is accurate, so that the spa model is correct. And to map the corresponding features (easy).

@mathieu-mp Hi, i’m trying to upgrade to version 2b69d0c , but I’m unable to open upgrade dialog in hacs. What can be wrong?

my spa is Intex Carbone 6 places. : 28462EX

Hi @elkropac, I have no idea… Feels like it is on HACS side.
Does it work today ?

No it does not work.

But I have removed it from hacs and installed again and it’s ok now

Hi @Djes and @JulienT-FL,

Thank you for your answers! It helps much!
We are going on with the identification of the spa model and features.

Could you please ?

  1. update the integration
  2. you might need to delete the old device and create a new one
  3. enable the new “UID” sensor under the device page of your spa
  4. wait until it displays
  5. and paste the full result here

I cannot guarantee but it should not contain any sensitive or personal data.

Thanks in advance !

I installed the integration a few days ago, upgraded today but UID is unavailable

Hi @CyrilP,

Thanks for following up.
About the UID sensor… well… It works for me.

Did you switch the entity status to enable, as below ?

If explicitely enabled and the UID does not appear after a few minutes with a page refresh, could you copy the intex_spa logs please ?
You can, or I will, open an issue.

thanks, I missed the entity activation part (I didn’t have much time before going back to work).
here is the UID : 0K040220082021081800019136
the model is PureSpa SC-WF20, I’ll have a look at the ref this evening and try to make the app woek and add the spa to get its name

Hi @CyrilP, Thanks for your answer !

I’m spending much time trying to understand the uid… Could you tell me what is the exact complete model written on your pump ?
For example, mine is 21SC-WF20**A0

Do you have bubbles and jets and a sanitizer ?

I have bubbles, jet, sanitizer
product name shown in app is Combo SPA v29136
I’ll check the model on pump soon

complete model on pump is 21SC-WF20**A0

Maybe the product name is read from the SPA, it can be changed with the app

Hi, my model Bubble SPA V28143

And my Uid 0K040210312020122300058143

I have a problem when the utility Company cut the suply and i’m not at home, when the power returns the spa remain in E82 error and the entities are disable. Is necesary to puch manually the reset botton to recover the integracion funcionality. Some idea to do a reset order by software or to avoid this problem?

Hi @loyra , and thank you for your contribution.
Do you mean the reset button on the electrical protection box close to the plug ?
If you mean this one, this is a mandatory mecanical button push. No software can prevent this.

Yes is the reset button near the plug, i have a automation to filter every day and if the utility company cut the power only one second i lost the integration until puch the reset button . Ok , i can live with that.Thanks. :grinning:
